Precision steel tubes

Precision steel tubes in countless designs and dimensional ranges for the highest demands on precision and dimensional accuracy. Manufactured in seamless or welded cold-drawn design as well as welded, dimensionally rolled design in accordance with European standards. Also available in special designs with individually selectable tolerances. For a wide range of applications, e.g. vehicle construction, turned parts, rollers, construction machinery, energy industry, etc. The standard grades for precision tubes are E235 and E355. However, various special grades, such as free-cutting steel grades, can also be produced on customer request.

Seamless cold-drawn precision steel tubes

With special dimensional accuracy, as round tube or profiled tube (also manufactured according to customer drawings), in steel grades E235 (St.35), E355 (St.52) in the delivery states +C (BK), +N (NBK), +SR (BK+S) as well as from new production in special materials, also with special tolerances or in special designs.  
 
According to European standards:

  • EN 10305-1; E235 and E355; +C (BK), +LC (BKW), +SR (BK+S), +A (GBK) and +N (NBK)

    • Seamless cold-drawn hydraulic line tubes (HPL tubes)

    With special dimensional accuracy for pressure-controlled applications, in steel grades E235 (St.37.4), E355 (St. 52.4), delivery condition +N (NBK), eddy current tested, bonderized for corrosion protection or galvanized/passivated chrome VI-free.

     According to European standards:

  • EN 10305-4; E235 and E355; +N

    • Welded precision steel tubes

    With special dimensional accuracy, as round tube or shaped tube, in steel grades E235 (St.37-2), E355 (St.52-3) as well as from new production in special materials, also with special tolerance specifications or in special designs.

     According to European standards:

  • EN 10305-2 (welded, cold-finished precision steel tubes); +C (BK), +N (NBK)
  • EN 10305-3 (welded dimensionally rolled precision steel tubes); +CR1, +CR2, +N (NBK); S2 (pickled), S3 (cold-rolled), S4 (galvanized); also with scraped inner seam

    • Free-cutting steel tubes (HAB steel)

    In accordance with EN 10305-1, in grades FCS 10 and FCS 20 or other special grades, Delivery conditions +C (BK), +SR (BK+S), +N (NBK).
