Cylinder tubes for a wide range of hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Seamless, cold-drawn HP tubes with honed or rolled surfaces, hot rolled cylinder tubes as well as drilled and honed custom-made tubes. Also welded cylinder tubes with a tight fit.
Seamless, cold-drawn cylinder tubes (HP tubes)
In steel grades E235 (St.37), E355 (St.52) and various special grades;
honed or rolled; delivery condition: +SR (BK+S); tolerances on inside diameter
inner diameter H8 - H11.
According to European standards:
Seamless, hot-finished cylinder tubes
In steel grade S/E355 (St.52) and various special grades;
Inner surface drilled and honed; tolerance on inner diameter H8 - H11.
According to European standards:
Welded cylinder tubes
In steel grades E235 (St.37) or E355 (St.52); drawn, rolled or honed;
delivery conditions +C(BK) or +SR (BK+S); tolerances on inside diameter
inner diameter H8 - H11.
According to European standards:
Seamless, cold-finished HPZ tubes
In steel grade E355 (St.52) as well as various special grades; with
with machining allowance on the inside diameter, for the production of cylinders by
peeling/rolling or honing.
