High-precision, ground and hard-chrome plated piston rods and piston tubes in various steel grades. Piston rods also available in induction-hardened versions for a wide range of applications, particularly in hydraulics and pneumatics or linear technology. Also available as custom-made products with individual specifications on request.
Chrome plated
Ground and hard-chrome plated, tolerance f7, in steel grades 20MnV6 (1.5217), Ck45 (1.1191), 42CrMo4V (1.7225), CF53 (1.1213) and in stainless steel grades AISI 304 (1.4301) and AISI 431 (1.4057); some also available in induction-hardened versions. other special designs and grades on request.
Piston tubes
Ground and hard chrome-plated, in steel grade E355 (St 52), tolerances f7, Delivery condition +SR (BK+S) or +N (NBK), other special designs and steel grades on request.
